Grace Christian Counseling marks 25 years of service with grand community celebration

The Grace Christian Counseling Center is celebrating 25 years of serving the Vicksburg community and the State of Mississippi!

We are inviting the community to join us in our celebration events. We will be hosting our 25th anniversary party on Thursday, September 21st from 6-9 p.m. The evening will include a progressive dinner, silent auction, entertainment, and more!

The silent auction has over $10,000 worth of unique finds, gift certificates, and local arts to bid on. Some of the items include 50-yard line tickets to the LSU-Auburn game, an original HC Porter painting with museum quality framing, a signed Warren Morris LSU jersey, a Steve Gleason jersey, gift certificates, and lots more!

The progressive dinner will begin at First Presbyterian Church with appetizers from 6-7 p.m. Then we will move to Crawford Street United Methodist Church for supper from 7-8 p.m. The evening will conclude at The Church of the Holy Trinity with dessert and wine from 8-9 p.m. The silent auction will end during the dessert portion of the evening.

The Grace Christian Counseling Center is a 501(c)(3) organization. We serve the West Central portion of Mississippi with physical offices in Vicksburg, Port Gibson, and Canton. We also offer services statewide through telehealth services. Our fundraising helps us adjust fees for persons with no insurance coverage. All proceeds from our event will go directly to our uninsured fund which helps pay for the professional counseling services the Grace counselors provide. In 2022, we discounted our fees by $279,308.69 and provided services for 746 individuals, couples, and families for 4,426 sessions!
