Grillin’ with Will at the SCHF Monday

If you love barbecuing, or you would just love to do it better, then you’ll love Grillin’ with Will.

The event is Monday Nov. 4, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the Southern Cultural Heritage Foundation, 1302 Adams St., in the courtyard. Attendees will learn different grilling techniques while also trying out some of the food.

This workshop is taught annually by William Furlong, a seasoned chef.

Despite the likelihood of chilly weather, the event will be outside where guests will have the opportunity to enjoy the crisp fall air.

“Will is bringing some outdoor lighting and there will be a fire pit,” said SCHF Director Stacey Massey. “There’s a possibility that we might even have s’mores.”

Registration is $40 for SCHF members and $45 for non-members. There are limited spaces left and those interested should contact the SCHF by noon Nov. 4 at 601-631-2997.
