Haven House creating awareness of domestic violence through virtual walk

October is Domestic Violence Prevention Month.

During Monday’s Warren County Board of Supervisors meeting, supervisors presented the staff of Haven House Family Shelter with a proclamation acknowledging the month for Warren County.

Haven House is sponsoring a virtual walk this month to raise awareness of this critical issue. Go to Walk Out Domestic Violence on Facebook to join.

You can walk or run at your own pace and at your own time, and upload videos to document your progress if you like.

You can also walk as many days or as few days as you want, and you can walk individually or as a group.
