Hinds County woman missing

The Hinds County Sheriff’s Office needs the public’s assistance with a missing person investigation.

The Criminal Investigations Division is conducting a missing person investigation involving Jasmine Javonna Purvis, 29.

She was reported missing Saturday, Dec. 5, by family members. She was last seen Thursday, Dec. 3, in Jackson near the 1100 block of Carnation Street, leaving a residence with an unknown Black male in an undescribed vehicle.
