Hinds football tryouts rescheduled for Feb. 26

The Hinds Community College Eagles football team has rescheduled football tryouts for Wednesday, Feb. 26, 2020.

The tryout was originally scheduled to be held on Feb. 12 but due to impending bad weather, it has been moved to Feb. 26.

If you are interested in trying out, you must have an up-to-date physical and bring it with you to registration. You must also bring athletic attire (shirt, shorts, cleats) to try out in.

The cost of the tryout is $20.

Registration will take place on the day of the tryout from noon to 1 p.m. inside of Mayo Athletic Field House located on the Hinds CC Raymond campus.

The tryout will take place from 1 to 2:30 p.m. on Gene Murphy Field inside Joe Renfroe Stadium on Wednesday, Feb. 26.
