Hinds Track and Field named All-Academic Teams for 2020-2021

Hinds Community College Men and Women’s Track and Field teams were named to the 2020-2021 All-Academic Teams of the Year by the Mississippi Association of Community Colleges Conference (MACCC).

“I am very proud of the men and women’s team academic success,” head coach Reginald Dillon said. “We always say trust the process. The process includes many things, and academics is at the top of the list. When you trust the process, you become successful on and off the track,” Dillon said.

All-Academic Team of the Year honors are given to teams with the highest grade point average in any MACCC recognized sport.

For the 2020-2021 school year, men’s track and field recorded a 2.92 GPA, while women’s track and field finished with a 3.17 GPA
