Home is a complete loss in county fire

Just after midnight Friday morning, firefighters were dispatched to a single family home on Smith Place, just off of Halls Ferry Road in Warren County.

The structure was fully engulfed in flames when first responders arrived on scene. Firefighters worked to contain the flames but the structure was a complete loss.

No one was at home and there are no injuries.

Responding to the scene were engines 302 and 303 from Fisher Ferry, 602 from LeTourneau, and Fire Medic 20. Warren County deputies McElroy and McBride were on scene along with Investigator Sam Winchester.
