Hubbard indicted for the murder of his wife

Cedrick Hubbard has been indicted on murder charges in Warren County.

The indictment comes just a few months after a incident at Riverwalk Casino where Hubbard allegedly shot his wife, Oceanna Lee Hubbard, five times in the back during a domestic dispute. She was killed in the parking garage of the casino where  Cedric was allegedly waiting for her shift to end.

Hubbard was apprehended in Clinton, Mississippi without incident, and first appeared in court on Nov. 22 where Judge Marcie Southerland denied his bond.
