Hundreds attend funeral of retired Assistant Fire Chief Darrell Flaggs

Flaggs died June 4 after a battle with cancer. He retired from the Vicksburg Fire Department June 29, 2019, after 33 years of service. He is also the younger brother of Vicksburg Mayor George Flaggs, Jr.
