I-20 accident leaves minor injuries as onlookers slow traffic

A multi-vehicle accident has slowed traffic along I-20 westbound in the Bovina triangle.

Reports indicate a gravel truck collided with a vehicle which caused it to lose control and leave the roadway, sending it into the grassy area between I-20 east and westbound.

Emergency crews are on scene recovering the vehicle and treating minor injuries which have been reported due to the collision.

Traffic around the 12-mile marker is slow, but moving. Eastbound is slowing due to onlookers viewing the situation.
