Jackknifed 18-wheeler near Indiana causes traffic delays on Interstate 20

Just before 9:30 a.m. an 18-wheeler jackknifed in the median along Interstate 20, causing traffic delays in both directions.

The tractor-trailer jackknifed in the median near Indiana Avenue, across from George Carr Buick GMC.
