Jeremy Lawrence tapped to be the next head coach of the Lady Vikes soccer team

Warren Central High School assistant soccer coach Jeremy Lawrence has been tapped to become the new head coach of the Lady Vikes soccer team.
Lawrence, who grew up in Vicksburg and graduated from WC in 2006, has been an assistant coach for the past two seasons under Greg Head. He is now excited about the new opportunity to lead the young ladies to greatness.
“I am beyond thrilled at this new opportunity and to leave my mark on this program,” Lawrence said.
Once approved by the Vicksburg-Warren School District, Lawrence will begin his journey as the next head coach of the Lady Vikes.
“I am so thankful for the Vicksburg-Warren School District and Coach Head for the opportunity to coach these young ladies,” Lawrence said.
Lawrence owes a lot to the people close to him, such as his wife Alanna, who stayed by his side every step of the way.
“My wife is my No. 1 supporter and without her help none of this would be possible,” Lawrence said.
As Lawrence will now be leading the Lady Vikes, Vicksburg Daily News will be providing updates on him and his team’s success for the future years to come and many supporters will be cheering him on as he will now be the new head coach.
