Lane Kiffin hires more staff for Ole Miss

Newly hired Ole Miss head football coach Lane Kiffin has hired three more coaches for the upcoming season.

Wilson Love is coming from Florida Atlantic University where Kiffin was head coach. Kiffin and Love also coached at Alabama before they both landed at FAU.

Ole Miss will also have a new offensive coordinator, Jeff Lenny, who will lead the Rebels on offense. Lenny was the offensive coordinator at the University of Central Florida before joining the Ole Miss staff.

Kevin Smith will come on as the Rebels new assistant coach. Smith also comes from FAU where he was the running back’s coach.

Kiffin was hired as Ole Miss head coach Dec. 7, less than a week ago. His hiring was precipitated by Matt Luke’s firing Dec. 1, after Ole Miss lost to Mississippi State in the 2019 Egg Bowl.
