Linda Hullum Gibson, 1958 – 2021

Linda Hullum Gibson passed away on August 26, 2021 at the age of 62.

Linda was born in Vicksburg, MS on December 29, 1958 the daughter of Jerrol Hullum and Edith Sharp Hullum.

Linda was retired from Warrenton Elementary School.  She began her career in the cafeteria, then as a teachers assistant and then as a National Board Certified Teacher.  Children were a blessing to her and she loved all children as if they were her own.  No was not a word in her vocabulary.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

She is survived by her husband Rick Gibson; sons Jeremy Beall (Mackensie), Bradley Beall (Dory), Charlie Gibson and Derick Gibson; daughter Amanda Prestianni (Jay); brothers Ted Hullum and J. C. Hullum; sister Debbie Wallace; grandchildren Cooper Beall, J.J. Beall, Maggie Beall, Brooklyn Caronna, Barrett Beall, Paige Beall, Danielle Gibson, Megan Gibson, Caleb Gibson, Elle Gibson, Cayden Gibson, Colton Gibson, Cullen Gibson; great-grandchildren Jase Gibson and Shep Gibson.

A visitation will be held from 9 a.m. until 11 a.m. on Wednesday, September 1, 2021 at Glenwood Funeral Home.  A graveside service will follow at Antioch Cemetery with Rev, Bill Wright officiating.

Pallbearers will be Mitch Martin, Billy Bratcher, Richard Lack, Caleb Gibson, Jay Prestianni, Dexter Morgan, Roger Arnold and Justin Vanzant.
