Local teens dropped bucks Christmas weekend
Ashlyn Wright and Nick Powell, both 19, each had impressive kills during the holiday weekend.
Ashlyn, the daughter of Roy and Helen Ashley, killed an eight-point buck using a 308 rifle.
Nick, the son of Jeff and Laurie Powell, also got a buck using a 308.
The teens got their deer in Hinds County.
