Vicksburg native Kelsey Lockridge led Alcorn State University softball in batting on Friday.

In the 4-2 win over Arkansas Pine-Bluff, Lockridge went 2 for 3 at the plate.

Lockridge is a Warren Central High School graduate.

Lady Braves will travel to face Southern University on Friday.
