Long-term care facilities with COVID-19 outbreaks in Warren and neighboring counties


Three nursing homes in Warren County have people who have tested positive for COVID-19.
Wednesday evening, the Mississippi State Department of Health released the names of long-term care facilities in the state with active outbreaks of the virus, listing the number of employee and resident cases along with resident deaths.
The facilities on the list in Warren County:
- Heritage House Nursing Center: employee cases 14; resident cases 38; resident deaths 7
- Shady Lawn Health and Rehabilitation: employee cases 1; resident cases 0; resident deaths 0
- The Bluffs Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center; employee cases 2; resident cases 0; resident deaths 0
In neighboring Claiborne County, one facility:
- Claiborne County Senior Care: employee cases 11; resident cases 40; resident deaths 4
Hinds, seven facilities:
- Belhaven Senior Care: employee cases 1; resident cases 9; resident deaths 0
- Woodlands Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center: employee cases 19; resident cases 57; resident deaths 8
- Mississippi State Veteran’s Home‐Jackson: employee cases 1; resident cases 0; resident deaths 0
- Magnolia Senior Care: employee cases 2; resident cases 0; resident deaths 0
- Pleasant Hills Community Living Center: employee cases 1; resident cases 0; resident deaths 0
