The Louisiana Department of Transportation announced Wednesday that a portion of US 80 in Madison Parish was to be closed to all traffic March 2 through March 10, 2021. The area that was to be closed is half a mile east of US 65 at Harlem St.

This has now been postponed pending rescheduling.
