Louisiana Pastor accused of shooting wife in Mississippi

A Louisiana Pastor is accused of shooting his wife and then turning the gun on himself. The incident happened last week at a Hampton Inn in McComb.

25-year-old Danny Prenell Jr. allegedly shot his wife, Gabrielle, twice. she suffered from wounds to the abdomen and arm.

The couple’s children were present at the time of the incident. Gabrielle was airlifted to UMMC. her condition is unknown. Danny is in stable condition at Southwest Mississippi Regional Medical Center.

Once released, Danny faces several felony charges.
