Luxe 10 Entertainment is hosting two big events on Feb. 20

Luxe 10 Entertainment will be hosting some events on Feb. 20.

After partnering with Soles 4 Souls, Latoria Kerr has decided to host a shoe drive that will last a month where individuals can donate gently used shoes to create opportunities that for women in developing nations to start and sustain a small business.

Individuals willing to donate shoes can drop them off at 1600 Dr. Briggs Hopson BLVD beginning on Feb. 20.

The second event will be a Soul Ball where many artist will perform such as Soul Entertainer of the Year Jeter Jones, ZBT Male Artist of the Year Audi-Yo, Donna D the River City Diva, along with music by Southern Soul DJ of the Year DJ Trucker.

“I wanted to bring a different type of entertainment to Vicksburg and this will be an amazing event,” Kerr said.

Doors will open up at 7 p.m. on Feb. 20 for this event where the attire is semi formal. Advance tickets are $30.00 and $45 at the door.

Vendors for the Soul Ball are welcome but can not sell food and beverages due to the location, and vendors must contact Kerr at 769-206-1202 beforehand.
