Magic and comedy on stage Saturday at the Strand
The Magic of Eric Eaton is bringing a unique blend of comedy and magic to the Strand Theatre (717 Clay St.) for an all-ages show Saturday, Nov. 9, at 7 p.m. Don’t worry, parents. There will be plenty of jokes and innuendos for adults as well.
Eric, a member of the International Brotherhood of Magicians, has performed all over the U.S. including Las Vegas, Hollywood, Chicago, Denver, Dallas and many other cities. At age 15, while performing street magic, Eric was invited to attend the Magic Castle in Hollywood, Calif.
Eric has been asked to perform at two comic-con events in Texas and has had the opportunity to perform magic for many celebrities.
Eric puts on a great show that earns him high praise with his unique blend of magic, charm and comedic wit. People referred to his blend of magic and comedy as being the perfect combination for a compelling and entertaining show. All of Eric’s tricks include audience members. From the show’s start to its finish, audience members are on stage trading barbs with Eric and having the time of their lives.
