Main Street’s community egg hunt coming Apr. 9

On Saturday, Apr. 9, the Easter Bunny will make his way to downtown Vicksburg for a community egg hunt.  Treat-filled eggs will be scattered across Catfish Row Park, 1119 Levee St.

Children 10 and under are invited to participate in the hunt and the entire family is invited to take pictures with the Easter Bunny.  The hunt will be from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

Afterwards, the Bunny will be hopping his way through Washington St. for shopping, dining and dancing.  There will be live music from noon -3 p.m. Ricky Nobile Cartoonist will be at Crawford Square at noon until 3 p.m. as well.

This event is free and open to the community.  Participants are encouraged to bring their own basket for the hunt and a camera to capture memories.
