The deadline for registering to vote for the upcoming primary elections is Monday, Feb. 10.

Now is the time to ensure you are registered to vote for the primaries on March 10 and to make sure your registration is up to date.

Even if you believe you’re registered, it doesn’t hurt to check. Go to https://www.msegov.com/sos/voter_registration/amiregistered/Search to confirm your registration.

If you are not registered in Mississippi or are registering for the first time, you can download a form online at https://www.sos.ms.gov/content/documents/elections/Voter_Registration.pdf, and mail it to the Circuit Clerk’s office. In Warren County, the mailing address is P.O. Box 351, Vicksburg, MS 39181. Mail-in registrations must be postmarked no later than Monday, Feb. 10.

You can also register in person at the Warren County Circuit Clerk, 1009 Cherry St., Vicksburg, from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.

If you have moved or changed your name since you last voted, you need to update your registration.

You can update your voter registration in various ways:

Online at https://www.msegov.com/sos/voter_registration/home/Search

From the county website at https://co.warren.ms.us/wp-content/uploads/Voter-Info-Change-Form.pdf, download, print and fill out the form, then mail it or bring it to the Warren County Courthouse (1009 Cherry St.) to update in person.
