Maker of fake video wanted by Vicksburg Police
The Vicksburg Police Department is asking for the public’s help to locate the young man who posted a fake “suicide” video on Facebook Thursday, Dec. 12.
Devin Sheppard, aka Li Dev, is wanted for discharging a firearm in the city limits.
