Man arrested for felony domestic violence
Warren County Sheriff Martin Pace reports that just before 1:45 p.m. on Sunday, July 28th, units responded to a 911 call regarding shots fired on Pear Orchard Drive.
Sheriff’s Deputies met a female walking down the street in the area. She stated that she and her husband had gotten into an argument. During the course of the argument, she said, he got his gun and fired it several times. She was uninjured.
Deputies went to the house to investigate; however, the woman’s husband would not come to the door. Deputies left the immediate area and waited nearby. Soon after, they observed the man leaving the home and watched as he began walking up the street. Deputies confronted the man and further investigated the scene where the victim claimed her husband was shooting.
They found spent shell casings in that area.
Deputies arrested Marcus W. Hull, 32, of Pear Orchard Drive. Because he used a gun in the argument with his wife, he has been charged felony domestic violence. The use of the gun elevated the charge to a felony.
He has since been released on a $10,000 bond.
