Man arrested for fourth DUI offense

Vicksburg police arrested a man Thursday for his fourth drunken driving offense.

Officers stopped Fabian Armstead, 34, of Vicksburg, around 8:15 p.m. Thursday after noticing his vehicle had a switched tag. They arrested him for driving under the influence, his fourth DUI offense, on Court Street near East Magnolia Drive.

Armstead appeared before Judge Angela Carpenter in Vicksburg Municipal Court Friday, Oct. 30. Carpenter set his bond at $10,000 and bound him over to the Warren County grand jury.
