Vicksburg police arrested a man after finding him “not moving” in his vehicle and found him to be in possession of methamphetamine.

On Wednesday, Vicksburg police received a call of a white male in a blue pickup who was “not moving” at the city parking garage.

According to VPD, when officers arrived, they found Steven Joel Miller in the driver’s seat with a glass pipe in his lap along with a multi-colored cloth bag.

Upon searching the vehicle, police discovered 36 grams of methamphetamine inside the cloth bag.
