Man in Jones Road incident in Sheriff’s custody

Warren County Sheriff Martin Pace has reported that the man who pointed a rifle at Warren County Deputies Saturday night on Jones Road has been taken into custody.

Pace says Scott Wolfe, 50, was taken into custody Sunday morning around 10:30 a.m. without incident. Wolfe is charged with assault on a law enforcement officer by pointing or aiming a firearm. He is being held in the Warren County jail and will have his initial court appearance Monday.
