Martin went five rounds in a loss to Peralta

Vicksburg native Martin Smash Brown took a tough loss Robbie Peralta on Saturday in a bareknuckle fight.

The fight lasted five rounds as round one began with Brown and Peralta landing punches.

By round four of the fight Peralta seem to be in control until Brown landed five punches including jabs to keep the fight entertaining.

Brown continued to give Peralta some blows in the final round but Peralta also managed to land some body shots along with punches. Peralta eventually began to bleed after multiple punches by Brown but managed to stay in the match.

The fight remained close until the very end but the judges eventually gave the win to Peralta with a score of 48-47.
