Master Sergeant Kervin K. Stewart honored as “Trooper of the Year”

Master Sergeant Kervin K. Stewart was honored Monday as the 2019 Mississippi Highway Patrol “Trooper of the Year” by the Exchange Club of North Jackson.  Last year’s ceremonies were shuddered due to COVID.

Stewart was selected by his peers for the statewide honor. He was joined by the 2020 “Trooper of the Year”, Thomas Carpenter.

Stewart is assigned to Troop C which services Central Mississippi and resides in Warren County.
