MDE accepting applications for Teacher Advisory Council

The Mississippi Department of Education (MDE) is accepting applications for the State Superintendent of Education’s Mississippi Teacher Advisory Council for the 2022-23 school year.

The purpose of the Council is to provide feedback to the State Superintendent on the initiatives of the MDE and the Mississippi State Board of Education, to inform professional development strategy, and to empower teachers to discuss topics critical to their success in the classroom and how MDE can assist.
