Missing Jefferson County man may be in Vicksburg

A man missing from Jefferson County may be in the Vicksburg area.

The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office is asking for help to locate Jacob Ross, 32, who has been missing from Fayette, Miss., since Feb. 7.

Ross was apparently given a ride to Vicksburg, but he wandered off on foot to the casino area, WJTV reports. His family says he was supposed to start a new job, but never showed up.
