Missing juvenile recovered and Louisiana man arrested for trafficking missing child

A tip led to a missing Texas juvenile and the arrest of a Louisiana man for trafficking a missing child.

Authorities with the Pike County sheriff’s Office, the Mississippi Bureau of Narcotics and the Mississippi Bureau of Investigations arrested James Joseph Thibo of Layfayette, Louisiana after a tip led them to a Days Inn in McComb.

Authorities discovered a juvenile who had been missing for more than a year from the state of Texas. Thibo was arrested and charged with procuring prostitution and possession of a controlled substance.
