Mississippi COVID-19 cases at 80


The Mississippi State Department of Health is reporting 30 new cases of COVID-19 in Mississippi as of Friday, March 20.
The state total now stands at 80, with one death. A total of 602 tests were completed as of March 19.
Cases of the virus are confirmed in 21 counties. Warren County is not among them.
Among the counties with their first coronavirus cases are Adams, Franklin, Lee and Tippah.
