Mississippi Highway Patrol officer charged after allegedly killing neighbor’s dog
A Mississippi Highway Patrol Trooper has been charged with aggravated cruelty and simple cruelty after allegedly killing his neighbor’s dog.
Raphael McClain is now on administrative leave without pay until the investigation is complete. The Mississippi Department of Public Safety has not made a comment on the issue yet.
The deceased is a 9-year-old dog, Sipsey.
