Mississippi lottery players will have the opportunity to buy into some of the biggest multi-state games starting tomorrow, Jan. 30.
Powerball and Mega Millions games launch in the state on Thursday, and players can buy their tickets at more than 1,450 retailers throughout the state.
Drawings will be held for Mega Millions at 10 p.m. Tuesdays and Fridays, and for Powerball at 9:59 p.m. Wednesdays and Saturdays. The drawings will be streamed live from the Mississippi Lottery website.
The Mississippi Lottery began selling scratch-off games on Nov. 25.
On Wednesday, the Powerball jackpot was $394 million and that could increase if no one wins today. The Mega Millions jackpot is $155 million with the next drawing on Friday, Jan. 31.See a typo? Report it here.
