Mrs. Eula Bell celebrates her 49th birthday! wink, wink (video)

The Vicksburg Daily News was honored to be asked to join in the birthday celebration for Mrs. Eula Bell Dotson.

Mrs. Eula said she was celebrating her 49th birthday and I was taught never to argue with my elders however, I have it on good authority that today is actually her 94th birthday.

Several local dignitaries including Mayor George Flaggs Jr, Police Chief Milton Moore, and Sheriff Martin Pace joined family, friends and church members from Mt.Carmel in the parade and balloon release.

Sheriff Pace said he was a part of the celebration for Mrs. Eula’s 93rd and would see her next year for her 95th.
