MSDH reports 67 new COVID-19 cases, bringing Mississippi total to 207

The Mississippi State Department of Health reported an additional 67 positive COVID-19 test results on Sunday, March 22, bringing the total number of cases in the state to 207 with one reported death.

The total number of tests completed as of this morning is 1,321.

No cases have yet been confirmed in Warren County. No new deaths have been reported in Mississippi. New cases reported this morning are in Bolivar, Chickasaw, Coahoma, Copiah, Desoto, Forrest, Franklin, Grenada, Harrison, Hinds, Holmes, Lafayette, Lawrence, Lee, Leflore, Lincoln, Madison, Marshall, Montgomery, Oktibbeha, Panola, Pearl River, Pike, Pontotoc, Scott, Sunflower, Tate, Tippah, Tunica, Walthall, Washington, Wilkinson and Winston Counties.

The total number of cases in the U.S. stands between 24,000 to over 27,000, depending on the source, with nearly 350 deaths. Internationally, reported cases are around 300,000 with some 13,000 deaths.
