Anytime Fitness means you get access to Anytime Health. Just as I sat down to finish up this article, I got an email from Anytime Health. It was saying that a buddy is one of the best ways to keep motivated. I touched on that a tiny bit last week, but it is sooo true. You will not believe how much longer you can workout when somebody is with you. So, grab a friend, willing or not, and make them go workout with you. Working longer means more calories burned, which means reaching your goals faster. Until next week, I’ll see you at the gym!]]]]> ]]>
