Nancy Carol Thomas, 1962 – 2020

Nancy Carol Thomas passed away on Tuesday, Jan. 7, 2020, at her home at the age of 57.

Nancy was born on Dec. 18, 1962, the daughter of William Alfred Thomas and Minnie Ruth Thomas Williams. She was the manager of McCoys for 15 years. She was a writer and loved traveling and her dogs, Wiley and Taz. She was a strong person and was the strength of her family.

She was preceded in death by her father, Alfred Thomas.

She is survived by her mother, Minnie Ruth Williams; brothers, Ricky Thomas and Billy Thomas; sister, Rena Ellis; step-daughters, Jennifer McCrary and Emily Ptak; and step-grandchildren, Leland Ptak and Lila Ptak.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, Jan. 10, 2020, at Glenwood Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. Friday until the hour of the service. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery in Greenville, Miss.
