Vicksburg native Nick Anderson has signed an undrafted free agent deal with the New Orleans Saints.

“I’m blessed for this opportunity and I’m thankful that I can stay close to home and represent Vicksburg as well as my new home the city of New Orleans,” Anderson said. I’m really excited and this is where I wanted to be so I’m really blessed and thanks to God because he worked it all out for me.”

Anderson signed on Saturday shortly after the 2023 NFL Draft.

Anderson recently wrapped up his college career at the University of Tulane where he had a total of 275 tackles. In his final season, Anderson helped Tulane to a 12-2 record along with a Cotton Bowl victory over USC.
