NWS calls for severe thunderstorms Wednesday

The National Weather Service is calling for severe thunderstorms on Wednesday which many continue throughout the night. It is important to be weather aware and prepare for potentially hazardous conditions.
Isolated storms capable of producing damaging wind gusts are possible, along with a potential for hail and tornado activity.
Another threat is wind speeds. Sustained winds of 20-25 miles-per-hour are expected with wind gusts up to 35 miles-per-hour. Weak trees and brush could fall and create a potential hazard, especially for road conditions.
It is important to be prepared and stay tuned to your local weather authority during inclement weather.
