One dead, six wounded in Tallulah, La., club shooting

One person was left dead and six were injured early Saturday morning in a club shooting in Madison Parish, La.

Club Peg in Tallulah, La., was the site of an argument that turned deadly, reports the Monroe News Star.

Det. James Rash told the paper that a person apparently went to a vehicle after a fight in the club, and then returned shooting into the crowd.

The six injured people were transported to local hospitals. One of them was seriously wounded.

The shooting is under investigation. At this time, no names or further details have been released.
