One injury reported following a motor vehicle accident on Wednesday

VICKSBURG, Miss. (Vicksburg Daily News)–A blue sedan occupied by two individuals was the subject of a motor vehicle accident, which left one person injured on Wednesday.

The incident occurred on Burnt House Road shortly after 10 a.m. The driver reported injuries stemming from the wreck and was treated on the scene by paramedics. It was later found the driver had warrants for their arrest.

The other person involved seemed to have escaped injuries and was walking around the area while a tow truck was en route to collect the damaged vehicle.

The driver was taken into custody by Warren County deputies for outstanding warrants and eventually released by MDOC.
