Comes now the State of Mississippi, by and through the undersigned Special Assistant Attorney General for the State of Mississippi, and files its Order of Dismissal in this matter, and would show unto the Court as follows: The victims in this matter have requested that the State of Mississippi dismiss with prejudice the remaining charges against the defendant as it is in the best interest of the victims that this matter not be prosecuted further, and that this Order of Dismissal be entered in the case. IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, that an Order of Dismissal with prejudice be and the same is hereby entered in this cause.ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, THIS THE 3rd DAY OF FEBRUARY 2011
