Overturned 18 wheeler on I-20 westbound

The Mississippi Highway Patrol is investigating an accident on Interstate 20 involving an overturned 18 wheeler.

The wreck is near the eight mile marker in the westbound lanes. There were no significant injuries in the crash. Driver fatigue is believed to be a factor.

The removal process is underway and is expected to take until at least 10 a.m.

Expect delays, and take an alternate route if possible.
