Parchman escapee captured
The Mississippi Department of Corrections announced that Mississippi State Penitentiary escapee Arthur Lestrick, wanted since Sunday, is in custody.
Lestrick, 40, was confirmed missing Sunday morning from Unit 28 at Parchman.
He was captured Tuesday in Nashville, Tennessee.
Lestrick was sentenced Nov. 18, 2009, to life for capital murder in Copiah County.
