Parents must sign-in skaters at the Big Wheelie Skating Rink starting Saturday
Effective Saturday, Oct. 8, the Big Wheelie Skating Rink is requiring that all skaters must be signed in by a parent.
Big Wheelie Skating Rink made the announcement over the weekend and also stated there will be limited admission.
