PCA and St. Aloysius taking the field tonight

The wait is officially over for football season at St. Aloysius and Porter’s Chapel Academy. Each team is set to take the field on Friday night.

Beginning at 7 p.m., the Eagles will host Kemper Academy in their season opener while the Flashes will play Park Place Academy at home.

Both the Flashes and the Eagles lost some key players from last season, but younger players on each side have stepped up and have a chance to prove that the endless summer workouts have paid off.

Kickoff time is scheduled for 7 p.m. VDN will provide updates after the games.
