Hard work and dedication has led to an undefeated season for the Porter’s Chapel Junior High baseball team as they continue to demolish their opponents by huge numbers.

The Eagles stand at an impressive 6-0 record after defeating Tri-County and Canton on Friday. PCA beat Canton 11-3 after defeating Tri-County 6-1.

In the past six victories, the Eagles have been using four different pitchers to help bring home the big wins this season. Pitchers Gage Palmer, Taylor Osbourne, Zach Ashley and John Wyatt Massey have all led the Eagles to defeat their opponents this season, and they plan to keep the streak going as the season continues to advance.

The Eagles have defeated every team this season by at least five scores, while continuing to improve every week against a new team. The season is set to go on through April but with the success of these young players, fans can only imagine what the future would look like for the Eagles.

The Eagles’ next game is at Central Hinds on Friday, March 20, at 3 p.m.
